Mendukilo

The visit to Mendukilo takes us into the bowels of Aralar. Equipped with a floating gangway, dynamic lighting and a
multimedia system. In the visit that lasts 50 minutes, we will have the opportunity to see three rooms:

Artzainzulo (`refuge of shepherds’): Being the room of the entrance, natural light arrives to him and is quite
illuminated. In this room we will see the first and modest geological formations. Laminosin (the lake of the lamies): the biggest
attraction of this room is the incredible amount and variety of geological formations that it has: stalactites, stalagmites,
gourgs … Herensugearen gotorlekua (the dragon’s dwelling): It is characterized by its huge volume (60 m long and,
in some points, 20 m high).
